The idea of getting the things I want in life by helping enough other people get what they want has always appealed to me. I proved to myself that this philosophy actually works by combining the healing art of massage with the spiritual teachings of metaphysics in a holistic treatment that I called MetaMassage. I have helped dozens of my clients heal diseases, advance their careers, earn more money and even create love relationships and marriage through regular MetaMassage treatments. Now I am taking the idea of helping others get what they want to the next level by promoting holistic practices blended with quantum science in an age-reversal lifestyle.


A few months before my fiftieth birthday, I realized that I was closer to the day I would die than I was to the day I was born. That thought scared me into a panic. I didn’t want to get sick, become ugly, no longer be able to have sex, lose my mental sharpness, have people feel sorry for me or any of the other assumptions I made about “getting old.” Those fears established a new set of priorities.

I wasn’t going to surrender without a fight. So I started a work out regimen at the gym and I began studying the aging process. Also, I applied metaphysical principles to my own experience of getting older.

Three months later, I felt great and I was in better physical shape than I was in my twenties. We all have more control over how we age than we believed. Getting my coaching certification increased my effectiveness in sharing ways to prevent premature aging.

My intention is to share ways of combining ancient wisdom with modern science to create a holistic approach to aging that delivers optimal health, satisfying relationships, fulfilling work and financial independence and freedom.


Discoveries in the new science of epigenetics prove that we are not doomed to a negative future because of our genes. Genes give us positive or negative possibilities that are determined by the environment of our cells, not our DNA. We can control the cellular environment. We can literally reverse our biological age by controlling what we think about, what we eat, how we deal with stress and how we relate to the people and circumstances in our lives.

Age-reversal is about more than genes. Science indicates the impact of our thoughts and intentions may have more to do with how young we look and feel than our diet and exercise. To incorporate the benefits of an age-reversal lifestyle it is necessary to harmonize Mind, Body, and Spirit.


Although everyone can benefit from an understanding of the components of an age-reversal lifestyle, I will focus on the 50+ generation who are in a strategic position to benefit most from exploring the elements of such a lifestyle. An age-reversal lifestyle offers my generation increased longevity and vitality.

I frequently recommend products that compliment an age-reversal lifestyle, suggest money-making projects that relieve financial stress, propose projects that empower a meaningful life purpose, and advocate activities that deepen social engagement and increase quality relationships.

    Nice article you post there,all you mentioned in the beginning of this article happens to almost every one on earth 

    almost immediately many clock fifty years of year,many start having the worry about how there old age will be

    and death is certain as a human.

    but how to prolong it till 100 year is what many don’t have any idea about including myself until I read the way you are going about the process which I will follow before getting to my 50years birthday. In other not to summit to death quicker

      It’s really true Dapoach. I didn’t say it was easy and I’ll share some of the details in upcoming posts. I did moderate exercise six days a week, eliminated sugar from my diet, meditated daily and kept a gratitude journal.

       Not only did I look and feel better at the end of 90 days I also experienced a significant income boost. My hope is that you will try a few of my suggestions and prove to yourself how far you can turn back the clock in three months.

    Im really looking forward to see posts from you, this got me curious, about age reversal things. I’m in the twenties now, and yes it is still young, but with the 30s coming, I already feel some pains when I do some practicing. 

    Anyway, like I said, I’m looking forward to see posts, and hopefully they can inspire me into this quest!

    An attractive welcome message, Well written and captivating. Age reversal seems like something far fetched because I don’t understand how it is possible. Growing old is a the normal cycle of a Human life and how you propose to reverse age and make a 50year old man as fit as a 20year old baffles me.     Hi there, thanks for this introduction about human aging. Like u have rightly said, getting old is one the thing we all scared of in our life time, but it’s nature no man on earth can escape getting old and dying, we are always scared of not being able to do some things we are always doing conveniently when we are young, going to gym, traveling, having sex or taking time out with family. I look forward to next chapter of your article

    This sounds interesting and something I have recently been thinking about since I am just over 50 now. I would be interested in ways to “reverse our biological age by controlling what we think about”, does this mean stress? I feel like I am stressed a lot and if this has anything to do with aging I need to learn how to think positive thoughts to help with this.

      If you have a hard time releasing stressful situations you are aging much faster than necessary. When its one stressful thing after another and we don’t seem to catch a break, we lower our resistance to disease and keep our bodies running under pressure which causes organ failure and systems shutting down. If we can get enough sleep, meditate or laugh we can get rid of tons of stress in a few minutes. Watch what happens to stress when you play with a puppy or hold a baby. Whatever was bothering you shrinks to nothing and you are not nearly as upset afterward. With practice, you won’t experience stress as quickly or as easily. Try this. When something creates stress for you, ask yourself “How could this work out to my benefit?”

If you can successfully help readers of your blog post to live up to 100, then, it’ll be an easy feat to live to that age yourself, applying the principles. I always feel more fulfilled helping others to get what they want., hence I’m always glad doing that.

Also, the more people who have faith that they will get what they want by assisting others help and assistance becomes more widespread and available for everyone.

    Hello Coach Austin 🙂 , First of, Congratulations on keeping as physically and mentally fit as you can.

    i am not yet 50, ( i hope to be one day) but I would like to hear some ideas for someone in his 30s on how to start early and reduce the anti aging process.

      Almost everyone knows the benefit of eating healthy and getting exercise. Diet and exercise is a great start. The real key to maintaining a youthful appearance is to minimize stress. If you can find a way to laugh and feel gratitude every day you will ward off many diseases and maintain your youthful good looks easily.
